• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are advised to change your password regularly and to use a strong password.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at bdg89 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be finalised.

4.3 Transaction Verification

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The bdg89 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 VIP Program

The bdg89 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. bdg89 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If any form of bonus abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity is detected, bdg89 will immediately suspend the relevant account and forfeit all bonuses and any earnings derived from those bonuses.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdg89 platform:

• Using the platform for any form of fraud, deception, or criminal activity.
• Placing bets using multiple accounts or with the assistance of third parties to guarantee a single outcome (Arbing / Matched Betting).
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to interfere with platform operations.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or violating the privacy of other users.
• Impersonating management staff or engaging in deceptive communications.

7. Gaming & Betting Rules

7.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances. If a bet is incorrectly calculated due to a technical error, bdg89 reserves the right to correct that error.

7.2 Sports Betting

General betting rules apply to sports markets. Bets can be placed on various cricket tournaments and football events including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL. All bets will be settled based on bdg89's official data.

7.3 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over the result of any game or event, bdg89's decision is final. To raise an objection regarding a result, you must contact the support team within 48 hours.

7.4 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server downtime, internet disconnection, or other technical issues, bdg89 will determine the outcome of that game at its own discretion.
